  • Are unsure about a long-term website investment
  • Want to test presentation, visibility and enquiries first
  • Prefer not to commit ≈ S$1,600RM5,000–≈ S$3,200RM10,000 at the start
  • Are comfortable with us leading structure and ongoing optimisation

  • Want to use the site before deciding on ownership

You own your brand; we own the website. During the engagement, our digital asset presents your business and directs enquiries to you. You receive a usage licence, rather than website ownership.

First-month payment

Fixed ≈ S$320RM1,000 deposit + Balance within 3 days of completion

Balance: ≈ S$470RM1,500 at full price, ≈ S$400RM1,250 for an anonymous case, or ≈ S$240RM750 for a named public case.

The standard setup price is ≈ S$800RM2,500 with no additional monthly rent in month one. See case-study pricing below.

Case-study collaboration: up to 30% off

Case-study pricing exchanges permission for a lower price; it is not an ordinary promotion. Choose a level separately for the first month, ongoing rent and a future buyout. Completed billing periods and stages are not recalculated for refunds. Existing permission granted and used under a case-study discount is not automatically cancelled by a later top-up or plan change.

Setup, monthly rental and a future buyout can each receive case-study pricing. Choose the permission level separately for each stage.

Rental amounts are monthly. ≈ S$2,550RM8,000 is a buyout calculation example only. The standard quote is assessed first using scale, page count, content, optimisation, code and systems, SEO / GEO / AEO assets, transfer complexity and overall value. A 10% or 30% discount is then applied. The current standard buyout reference is ≈ S$1,600RM5,000–≈ S$4,700RM15,000.

Choose case-study permissions separately for setup, monthly rental and a future buyout. For a buyout, the standard base quote is assessed before any discount is applied.

How can I choose separately for setup, rent and buyout?

First-month setup, ongoing rent from month 2 and a future buyout are three separate stages. Each can use full price, anonymous or named public terms; they need not match. A named public rental may be followed by a full-price or anonymous buyout, and a full-price rental by a named public buyout. The buyout level is confirmed again, does not inherit the rental level automatically and does not retrospectively change permissions granted during rental.

Monthly case-study levels may change in either direction, but only for billing periods that have not started. If this month is paid at ≈ S$160RM500 and you choose named public terms at month-end, next month may cost ≈ S$110RM350; the ≈ S$50RM150 difference for this month is not refunded. Full-price clients who later agree to anonymous or public use cannot claim past differences for completed setup, rental or engagement stages.

Case-study permission, future changes & existing cases

When an engagement uses the anonymous 10% or named public 30% discount, the corresponding permission forms part of the price agreement. Paying a difference later does not automatically revoke it, remove cases already made, published or referenced, make existing named cases fully confidential, or withdraw existing anonymous cases, unless WANG ZI BUSINESS BLUEPRINT agrees in writing.

Moving from named public to anonymous or full-price terms can stop new named public content from the new effective date. Stopping future additions is different from withdrawing past cases. Cases lawfully made, published or used under the earlier agreement are not automatically deleted; removal requires a separate discussion.

Anonymous case

May include industry, project type, original problem, improvements, website structure, work process, methods, non-confidential results, de-identified screenshots and information that does not directly identify the client. Real company or brand names, logos, identifiable URLs, phone numbers, WhatsApp, addresses, social accounts and other identifiers are generally excluded. Screenshots are cropped, blurred, masked or otherwise de-identified as needed.

Named public case

After client confirmation, we may reasonably use company and brand names, logos, website names and public URLs, screenshots, project type and process, services, improvements, page changes, publicly visible results and business information already made public by the client. Passwords, administration logins, internal accounts, non-public finances, private data, trade secrets and material expressly confidential and outside the permission remain excluded.

Case-study pricing changes only the price. It does not alter completion standards, 3-day acceptance, client responsibilities, rental permission, termination or ownership rules. Rental-site design, code, structure, systems, SEO / GEO / AEO, reusable components and digital assets remain WANG ZI BUSINESS BLUEPRINT's under the existing agreement. Your brand, logo, original information and material remain yours. Case-study permission is not a transfer of brand ownership. Formal confirmation governs the scope without limiting rights under applicable law.

Rental website completion, acceptance & balance rules

Website completion date

Once the website actually meets the agreed completion standards and WANG ZI BUSINESS BLUEPRINT formally submits the completed version and completion notice, that submission date is the completion date.

Client-side delays cannot postpone completion indefinitely. These include an unavailable manager, an unchecked department, internal approval, disagreement within the team, finance processes, or missing client information, images, logo, pricing, company details or account access.

3-day acceptance & objection period

If you believe the agreed completion standards have not been met, list the specific unfinished items within 3 days of the completion notice. Statements such as “it does not feel finished”, “the boss has not looked”, “the department has not confirmed” or “the team has not discussed it” do not justify indefinite delay without identifying specific items.

We will address items confirmed to be unfinished pages or functions within the original scope, major errors preventing normal use, or clear departures from the written agreement. After correction and formal resubmission, the new submission date may become the new completion date.

What does not change completion status

Personal taste, disliking the result, wanting a different or more attractive design, later requests, out-of-scope functions, new pages or content and unresolved internal opinions do not make the website unfinished. If the agreed pages, main content, functions, navigation, contact details, responsive layout and usable standard are complete, subjective dissatisfaction alone cannot justify refunds, withholding the balance or indefinite delay.

Balance payment & late payment

The start deposit stays at ≈ S$320RM1,000. Within 3 days of formal submission after completion standards are met, pay the balance for the chosen first-month level: full price ≈ S$470RM1,500 anonymous ≈ S$400RM1,250 or named public ≈ S$240RM750.

If neither specific qualifying unfinished items nor the balance payment are received within 3 days, we may suspend services or end the engagement. If ended on this basis, the ≈ S$320RM1,000 deposit is generally non-refundable because time, research, production and related work have been invested. Any separate written agreement or applicable law takes precedence.

Client delays do not change the completion date

The date you pay the balance does not automatically become the completion date. For example, if the standards are met and the site is formally submitted on 1 January, but internal approval, management review, departmental processes, finance or team arrangements delay payment until 20 January, completion remains 1 January.

We must also finish the agreed work

If agreed main pages or important functions remain unfinished, major errors prevent use or the work clearly falls short of the written agreement, we cannot declare completion early.

View the full website completion standards
  1. The agreed main pages have been built.
  2. Core content is ready for use, including headings, services, prices, contact details, FAQs, calls to action and main explanations.
  3. The header, footer, main navigation, internal buttons, WhatsApp, phone, social links and other agreed entry points work.
  4. The agreed basic functions work normally.
  5. Common desktop and mobile sizes are ready for normal use, without serious overlaps, obscured text, unclickable buttons, significant overflow, badly distorted images or failed main layouts.
  6. There are no major errors preventing normal use, such as inaccessible pages, broken core buttons, incorrect important prices, missing main content, unusable forms or incorrect key contact details.
  7. Basic SEO, page structure and search foundations are in place. Immediate Google indexing, rankings, AI recommendations, traffic growth or sales growth are not completion conditions.
  8. The website is ready to launch. If client access, a domain, information or internal action is missing, or a third-party review or outage delays launch, that does not make the website production unfinished.
  9. The project has been completed using the information the client had provided at the time. Late logos, images, prices, opening hours, product or company information cannot postpone completion indefinitely.

What is outside normal rental scope?

Large ecommerce, payment systems, complex memberships, ERP, full CRM development, apps, large customer administration systems, high-risk data systems, extensive specialist APIs and large custom software are not included by default.

We can quote separately or recommend website development. Pages, functions and maintenance scope are agreed before work; revisions are not unlimited.

05 / Options to upgrade or leave

We provide the website asset. You test its value.

If it works, keep renting.
If you want long-term ownership, apply for a buyout.

We are not selling a website cheaply; we are giving you a way to assess its value before deciding on ownership.

If it is not right for you, you may end usage permission with at least 7 days' notice.

Current buyout reference
≈ S$1,600RM5,000–≈ S$4,700RM15,000

Assessed by scale, content, complexity, accumulated improvements, digital assets and handover work.

≈ S$1,600RM5,000 is the minimum reference, not a guaranteed buyout price for every site. A formal quote is recommended to remain valid for 30 days. Confirm the asset list and supported handover process before buying.

Past rent does not automatically reduce the buyout price.

Five things to know first

  1. First month ≈ S$800RM2,500 then ≈ S$160RM500 or ≈ S$220RM700. Website rental is not an instalment purchase.
  2. WANG ZI BUSINESS BLUEPRINT owns the website during rental. Your brand and original material remain yours.
  3. ≈ S$160RM500 permits non-competing advertising; ≈ S$220RM700 removes third-party commercial advertising and Wang Zi commercial attribution.
  4. You may end usage permission with at least 7 days' notice. The site remains Wang Zi's property; use of your brand and related enquiry direction stops.
  5. You may apply for a ≈ S$1,600RM5,000–≈ S$4,700RM15,000 buyout. Past rent does not automatically count towards it.
We explain the rules before working together to avoid later misunderstandings about ownership, advertising, revision control or buyout prices.
View the full rental terms
1. First-month setup & payment

Standard first-month price≈ S$800RM2,500 , with no additional≈ S$160RM500 or≈ S$220RM700 monthly rent. Production and research start after project confirmation and payment of the≈ S$320RM1,000 deposit. After completion standards are met and the site is formally submitted, pay the balance within 3 days: full price ≈ S$470RM1,500 anonymous ≈ S$400RM1,250 or named public ≈ S$240RM750. The deposit stays at ≈ S$320RM1,000; first-month totals are ≈ S$800RM2,500 / ≈ S$750RM2,250 / ≈ S$550RM1,750. Production scope and launch arrangements are confirmed before work.

2. Billing from month 2

Monthly renewal periods begin on the formal launch date. Standard pricing is≈ S$160RM500 / month; ad-free is≈ S$220RM700 / month. Anonymous prices are ≈ S$150RM450 / ≈ S$200RM630; named public prices are ≈ S$110RM350 / ≈ S$160RM490. Case-study levels apply only to future billing periods and do not create retrospective refunds. You may switch in either direction, normally from the next period: upgrading removes covered advertising and attribution; downgrading restores standard advertising rules.

3. Rental is not an instalment purchase

Monthly rent covers use, maintenance, operation, provision of the asset and normal optimisation. Past rent does not automatically reduce the buyout price unless a future special arrangement expressly provides a credit.

4. Website ownership

The website, together with Wang Zi's own methods, technology, reusable components and digital assets, generally belongs to WANG ZI BUSINESS BLUEPRINT during rental. Ownership of domains purchased and provided by Wang Zi follows the project agreement.

5. Your brand & material remain yours

Company names, brands, registered trademarks, logos, original images, product information, copyright content and client assets remain yours. Wang Zi receives limited permission to operate the website during the engagement, rather than ownership of your business or brand. Separately confirmed case-study permissions follow their own rules.

6. Brand permission during the engagement

You permit use of your business name, brand, logo, public information, product and service details, opening hours, contact and shop details, public photos, lawfully usable material and related presentation content for website display, search optimisation, AI-readable content and enquiries. You must have the right to authorise this material.

7. Technical & operational control

Wang Zi retains final technical and operational control, including design, page structure, layout, SEO, GEO/AEO, navigation, sequence, FAQs, content organisation, technology, advertising placement, functions and experience. Normal adjustments generally do not require prior approval each time.

8. Important business facts must remain accurate

We will not deliberately misstate product or service prices, opening hours, addresses, phone or WhatsApp contacts, service scope, actual products or important business promises. Tell us promptly when information changes. If you do not, responsibility for continued use of old information cannot fall entirely on Wang Zi. Errors should be reported and addressed promptly.

9. Normal feature scope

The main purpose is business presentation, search visibility and enquiries. The agreed scope may include business introductions, services, products, FAQs, images, maps, phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram, contact forms, SEO foundations, GEO, AEO, AI readability, simple multilingual content and enquiry pages. Normal maintenance and improvements do not mean unlimited pages or revisions.

10. Large systems not included by default

Large ecommerce, payment systems, complex memberships, ERP, full CRM development, apps, large customer administration systems, high-risk data systems, extensive specialist APIs and large custom software fall outside normal rental scope. They require a separate quote or website development engagement.

11. Standard-plan advertising

The ≈ S$160RM500 plan may include third-party ads, recommendations, Wang Zi service links and commercial attribution. Advertisements from the client's industry peers or direct competitors are generally excluded. We do not intentionally harm the business or seriously mislead customers. Advertising is distinguished where possible, does not impersonate the client's products and does not seriously disrupt the main presentation or enquiry journey. For example, a car-rental company's core pages generally do not carry a direct competitor's rental advertisement.

12. What ad-free removes

≈ S$220RM700 removes third-party commercial ads, Wang Zi promotional links and WANG ZI BUSINESS BLUEPRINT commercial attribution. Mandatory third-party platform marks, system or legal notices and browser information are not Wang Zi commercial advertising.

13. Buyout pricing & assessment

Current standard buyout reference≈ S$1,600RM5,000 –≈ S$4,700RM15,000 ; we first assess the standard quote, then independently confirm full-price, anonymous 10% or named public 30% terms. Assessment considers scale, pages, content, complexity, SEO, GEO/AEO, accumulated improvements, special features, digital assets and handover work. The minimum reference does not apply to every site; the actual quote follows the assessment at that time.

14. Buyout handover

After the buyout, transferable ownership, administrative access and agreed digital assets are handed over through the platform's supported process. We cannot promise that every future platform will support the same cross-account transfer. Platform or account restrictions are handled using the supported formal process.

15. Buyout asset list

Before a buyout, list included and excluded assets. The list may include the website, pages, administrative access, agreed domain, your images, agreed SEO information, forms and other specified assets. Wang Zi's own methods, technology, reusable components, unlisted digital assets and unauthorised third-party assets are not included by default.

16. Buyout quote validity

A formal buyout quote is recommended to remain valid for 30 days. A later decision may require reassessment because the site's content and value may grow. Confirm the asset list and available handover process first.

17. At least 6 months of price stability

From the start of the engagement, the current ≈ S$160/monthRM500, ≈ S$220/monthRM700 and maximum buyout price of ≈ S$4,700RM15,000 generally remain unchanged for at least 6 months. Later rental or buyout changes require at least 2 months' notice. A single change normally does not exceed 25%, or 50% in exceptional circumstances. If you do not accept it, you may end rental before the new price takes effect.

18. Termination & 7-day processing period

You may request termination at any time with at least 7 days' notice. The processing period allows brand removal, page changes, enquiry shutdown, data handling and technical adjustments. It does not include unlimited free pages or extensive revisions during the final 7 days.

19. Website ownership after termination

The website does not automatically transfer to the business. Wang Zi may take it offline, delete, redesign or repurpose it, and reuse its own general structures, components and technical logic.

20. Stop using the former client's brand

After termination takes effect, we do not continue using the company name or logo as though representing it, or use withdrawn brand information to attract customers. Business details are removed or handled appropriately. Existing cases made or published under separate case-study permission differ from operating-site brand use and follow their own terms. Search-engine and other third-party caches update on their own schedules; we provide reasonable assistance.

21. Enquiries belonging to the business

Conversations directed to your WhatsApp, phone, WeChat or Instagram are yours to handle. Enquiries from Wang Zi-managed forms that clearly belong to your business are not sold or passed to direct competitors because rental ends.

22. Late payment & suspension

A reasonable grace period, such as 7 days, may apply to late rent, as confirmed in the engagement. After that, we may suspend the website, enquiry direction or maintenance. Long-term non-payment may be treated as voluntary termination; the site remains Wang Zi's property.

23. Project screening & normal-client protection

We may decline unlawful, fraudulent, impersonating, seriously misleading, unverifiable, high-risk or otherwise unsuitable projects. We maintain a responsible engagement with clients who comply with the terms. Apart from persistent non-payment, unlawful conduct, fraud, serious breaches, misuse or major risks, normal services are generally not ended abruptly without a reason.

24. Results & third-party platforms

We provide development, maintenance, SEO foundations, GEO/AEO, AI readability and enquiry structure. We do not guarantee a top Google ranking, AI recommendations, traffic, customers, enquiries or revenue. Outcomes depend on the market, prices, competition, demand and your service quality. Policies, functions, fees and technical limits of website, domain, AI and API platforms may change. We respond reasonably but cannot guarantee that third parties never change.

The full terms explain the engagement scope. Specific projects and permissions follow formal confirmation by both parties and do not limit rights granted by applicable law.

Common questions

Clear expectations before we begin.

What does the first month cost, and what happens from month 2?

Standard first month ≈ S$800RM2,500 anonymous case ≈ S$750RM2,250 named public case ≈ S$550RM1,750. The deposit stays at ≈ S$320RM1,000. Pay the applicable balance of ≈ S$470RM1,500 / ≈ S$400RM1,250 / ≈ S$240RM750 within 3 days of formal submission after the completion standards are met. No extra monthly rent in the first month. From month 2: standard ≈ S$160RM500 ad-free ≈ S$220RM700. Each stage may independently use full price, an anonymous 10% discount or a named public 30% discount.

What is the difference between ≈ S$160RM500 and ≈ S$220RM700?

The ≈ S$160RM500 standard plan permits non-competing advertisements, recommendations and Wang Zi attribution. The ≈ S$220RM700 plan removes third-party commercial advertising, Wang Zi promotional links and commercial attribution. Required platform, system or legal notices are not Wang Zi advertisements.

Who owns the website and my brand?

WANG ZI BUSINESS BLUEPRINT owns the website during rental. You receive permission to use it for business presentation and enquiries. Your company name, brand, trademarks, logo and copyright material remain yours.

Is rent an instalment? Does it count towards buying the site?

Rental is not an instalment purchase. Rent pays for use, maintenance, operation, provision of the asset and normal optimisation. Past rent does not automatically reduce the buyout price unless a separate credit arrangement is expressly agreed.

Can I buy the site, and what does that cost?

You may apply. The current buyout reference is ≈ S$1,600RM5,000–≈ S$4,700RM15,000 assessed by website scale, pages, content, complexity, SEO, GEO/AEO, accumulated improvements, features, digital assets and handover work. Not every website qualifies for a ≈ S$1,600RM5,000 buyout. A formal quote is recommended to remain valid for 30 days.

Can I end the rental?

Yes, with at least 7 days' notice. Once termination takes effect, use of your brand and related enquiries stops. The site is not automatically transferred to you; it remains WANG ZI BUSINESS BLUEPRINT's property.

Does the ≈ S$220RM700 plan keep Wang Zi attribution?

It removes WANG ZI BUSINESS BLUEPRINT commercial attribution and promotional links. Required platform technical marks, system notices and legal information remain where applicable.

What if I want to own the website from day 1?

Choose collaborative website development from ≈ S$1,600RM5,000 or fully managed development from ≈ S$3,200RM10,000. This page links directly to those services.

Does rental include a large ecommerce system or app?

Large ecommerce, payment systems, complex memberships, ERP, full CRM development, apps, large customer administration systems, high-risk data systems, extensive specialist APIs and large custom software are not included by default. We can quote separately or recommend website development.
