02 / Fees and revisions
50% before work + 50% balance on completion
Work starts after the selected start payment and complete information are received. Formal delivery follows the one free consolidated revision. The balance is due within 3 days of formal delivery.
If the balance remains unpaid after 3 days, WANG ZI BUSINESS BLUEPRINT may suspend, close or repurpose the website. Please pay as agreed to maintain normal website use.
Charged per consolidated submission, not per sentence, button or individual item. One round may contain several reasonable changes.
A single list of image replacements, copy edits, button and color changes, section adjustments, ordinary FAQs or contact updates may count as one consolidated round.
This does not include unlimited major additions. Large functions, memberships, payments, ecommerce, inventory, complex bookings, databases, multiple-role administration, major APIs, a different business structure or development clearly outside the original scope require assessment and a separate quote.
If the brand, business type and main information remain broadly the same, we can rebuild the layout and visual direction using existing material. Includes another 1 free consolidated revision; further rounds cost ≈ US$65RM250 each.
Cases & privacy
These prices represent different privacy and case-study permissions; production scope is generally the same. Paying more for privacy does not automatically add pages, features, free revisions, design complexity, SEO or staff time.
We accept a lower service margin in exchange for a genuine public case. You supply complete information and make the main design decisions; we handle rapid execution.

Acceptance of a ≈ US$130RM500 public-case project depends on its type, information completeness, case-study value, complexity, risk and fit with rapid execution. We may recommend anonymous, confidential or full development instead. A higher privacy price does not include complex work outside the original scope.
After you select and explicitly confirm the ≈ US$130RM500 public-case price, we may reasonably present the project and its public business content.
Use may include the WANG ZI BUSINESS BLUEPRINT website, case pages, portfolio, service descriptions, social media and reasonable business promotion. A public case is not a client endorsement. We do not invent recommendations, satisfaction statements or “very happy client” claims without genuine express feedback.
Permission excludes passwords, administrator accounts, login information, non-public finances, private information, trade secrets, non-public employee data, private contacts and information expressly identified as confidential.
≈ US$230RM900 anonymous case: may show industry, project type, problems, website structure, design direction, work process, methods, non-confidential results and de-identified screenshots. Real company and brand names, logos, URLs, phone numbers, WhatsApp, addresses, social accounts and other identifiers are generally excluded. Screenshots are cropped, blurred, masked or de-identified as needed.
≈ US$370RM1,500 fully confidential: the project is not shown publicly as a named or anonymous case, and client project information is not published. Internal technical records needed to perform and manage the project may be retained.
Before the project formally starts, you may change the case-study level. The 50% start payment is recalculated using the new total; amounts already paid count towards it, with any shortfall paid where needed.
Once collaboration, payment and service have taken place at the ≈ US$130RM500 public or ≈ US$230RM900 anonymous price, permission is part of that price agreement. Especially once a case has been made, published or used, paying the difference does not automatically remove published cases, cancel existing permission, make public cases anonymous or make anonymous cases confidential, unless both parties later agree expressly in writing.
A client who originally paid for higher privacy and agrees to publication after completion cannot claim a retrospective refund. For example, paying ≈ US$370RM1,500 for confidentiality and later agreeing to publication does not create a right to a ≈ US$250RM1,000 refund. Completed engagements are not repriced.

05 / Clear ownership, normal use
If the engagement is in good standing and you follow the rules, we will not change, delete or close a normally operating website without reason.
You own your brand name, logo, trademarks, supplied images and text, contacts, business information, products and service information.
WANG ZI BUSINESS BLUEPRINT owns the website itself, page design, layout, technical structure, code and related assets. You receive normal website usage rights.
A fixed-price buyout is available at any time.
After the buyout, full ownership of the website transfers to you.
Previous revisions are paid separately at ≈ US$65RM250 per round, so the buyout stays fixed rather than starting from ≈ US$1,250RM5,000.
